Audit Trail Pro was founded by Saira Pasha, an attorney who worked for years as a medical malpractice claims professional, first for a large physician malpractice carrier and then for a major hospital system. In these roles, Ms. Pasha was known for her superior analytical, intuitive, and investigative abilities.

Ms. Pasha completed her bachelor’s degree in Operations and Information Management (emphasis: information systems). This coursework provided Ms. Pasha with the foundational knowledge of how data is stored, queried, and retrieved within EMR databases.

During her time as a claims professional, Ms. Pasha handled hundreds of claims. She also obtained hands-on experience working in the two most popular EMR systems: Epic and Cerner. Ms. Pasha worked diligently with her insureds, risk management staff, and defense counsel to investigate adverse events and manage litigated claims from inception to resolution. This often involved negotiating and settling high-value cases and taking others to verdict at trial.

The combination of her experience in claims, law degree, and undergraduate education gives Ms. Pasha the unique ability to understand and analyze audit trail data in a way that provides tremendous insight to her clients. She conducts all of her analysis with one question in mind: what happened to this patient? Ms. Pasha utilizes the audit trail and other objective EMR data to provide an answer to this question for all of her clients, whether they represent the plaintiff or the defendant.
